The Internet of things (IoT) is the extension of Internet connectivity into physical devices and everyday objects. Embedded with electronics, Internet connectivity, and other forms of hardware (such as sensors), these devices can communicate and interact with others over the Internet, and they can be remotely monitored and controlled.

What is IOT ?

The definition of the Internet of things has evolved due to convergence of multiple technologies, real-time analytics, machine learning, commodity sensors, and embedded systems.Traditional fields of embedded systems, wireless sensor networks, control systems, automation (including home and building automation), and others all contribute to enabling the Internet of things.

    Project 9: Use Arduino to Upload free data from Environmental Sensors to Cloud Server.

    Project 25: MQTT Subscribe from Arduino.

Eligibility

The are no prerequisites for joining this workshop. Any one interested, can join this workshop. While a basic C Programming would be helpful, it is not compulsory. Student from Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, CS/IT any branch student can attend this workshop.

Certification Policy:

  • Certificate of Merit for all the workshop participants from Innovians Technologies & Technex'19, IIT Varanasi.
  • Certificate of Coordination for the coordinators of the campus workshops & Technex'19, IIT Varanasi.
  • If Organising College Want then they can opt for same workshop without IIT Certification as well in that all the participants and coordinators will get certificate from Innovians Technologies. For more details contact to helpdesk@oretes.com

Duration

The duration of this workshop will be five days, with eight hours session each day in a total of eight hours.

Fees:

Rs. 5600/- per participant [Minimum 30-40 students in a batch] (Without Take Away Kit)


This fee include workshop training, study material & software tool Kit, certification. Incase of without kit fees model, kit will be provided for hands-on but after the workshop it will be taken back.
