Training Cancellation Policy

In-House Training Course Cancellation

Training courses held in-house at your premises, will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid for prior to the date of the training.

In the event of cancellation of the course by the client, our policy states that there is no refund policy it will only rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.

For reschedule a programme client should sent an email helpdesk@oretes.com before 7 days.

In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.

Public Training Course Cancellation

For public courses, held at the Oretes Academy premises,will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid for prior to the date of the training.

Online Training Course Cancellation

For public courses, held at the Oretes Academy premises, we require full payment at least 7 days prior to the course date.

In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours or 2 days prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours or 2 days before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day.

In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.

  • In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to hello@oretes.com.

  • The Process fee will be deducted in case of cancellation prior to 2 days and if it's less than 2 days 50% fine will be taken .

  • Please submit all cancellation requests within 60 calendar days of registration and no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.

  • No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.

Cancellation by Oretes Academy
  • Oretes Academy reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.

  • Oretes Academy is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.

  • If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
